HONOR X10 with Kirin 820 5G SoC, 40MP triple rear cameras launched

HONOR X10 is now official. The company’s latest mid-ranger comes with a 6.63-inch FHD+ no-notch LCD display that accounts for a 92% screen-to-body ratio.

Moreover, the device comes equipped with a graphene cooling sheet. In the optics department, it has AIS handheld Super Night Scene 2.0, 30-second long exposure shooting option in professional mode and more.

It comes in Blue, Black, Silver and Orange color options. The HONOR X10 is priced at 1899 yuan (~ US$ 267 / Rs 20,200) for the 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant. The 6GB RAM + 128GB storage option costs 2199 yuan (~ US$ 309 / Rs 23,450 ) and the top-end 8GB RAM with 128GB storage model costs 2399 yuan (! US$ 337 / Rs 25,500 ).

It will be made available for order today and goes on sale in China starting May 26.

We have leaked images of the Honor X10 ahead of its official launch

The new Honor X10 will apparently arrive with a glass body and three color options: blue, orange, and black. On the back of the device, we can easily see its triple camera setup and read “Super Night Vision.”

This device is also supposed to include an RYYB filter in its 40MP main camera, which will be backed up with an 8MP ultrawide and a 2MP macro sensor. Unfortunately, we don’t have live images of the front side of the device, but other images suggest a notch-less display with a pop-up 16MP selfie camera. Other specs include a 6.63-inch LCD screen, 6GB RAM, 64/128GB storage options, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a 4,300mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging, a Kirin 820 processor and 5G support. However, we may have to wait until its official launch on May 20 to confirm this information.

HONOR X10 is all set to be launched on May 20. Ahead of the launch, the company has teased it by revealing the design in a poster.

As per the new teaser, the HONOR X10 will feature a full-screen display, meaning that it will sport a pop-up selfie camera. Further, there’s a triple rear camera setup on the back arranged in a vertical rectangular module on the top left corner of the device.

The “Super Night Vision” text imprinted inside the camera housing suggests that the X10 will be good at capturing brighter shots in dim-light conditions. It is rumored to feature a Sony IMX600y RYYB 40-megapixel main shooter.

Moreover, the phone is equipped with a headphone jack on the top edge.

Earlier teasers have confirmed the presence of a 90Hz refresh rate and a 180Hz touch sampling rate. It will be powered by the Kirin 820 5G chipset.
