For the past while, Ting has been twisting and transforming itself (thanks in part to new competition) from providing a simple a la carte prepaid service based off of Sprint’s network to carrying both major US GSM networks as well.Now, it’s bringing down its data pricing to $10 per gigabyte from a rate of $15.
