Black Friday comes early for Moto 360 Sport eBay shoppers with $100 steal

It’s beginning to look a lot like… Black Friday across many US retailers, e-tailers and popular smart device manufacturers, even though technically the biggest shopping day Friday of the year, followed by the biggest Monday, are still roughly 72 and 144 hours away at the time of this writing.

Motorola is among those that couldn’t wait for the “official” start of the massive holiday spending season, bundling select Moto Mods with your favorite Moto Z variant at special prices through its US website.

The second-generation Moto 360 smartwatch is also already discounted by a solid $100, but unfortunately, there seems to be a significant gap between supply and demand. Meanwhile, the arguably uglier yet sturdier and outdoor-friendlier Moto 360 Sport can be currently picked up from a trusted eBay seller for $150 less than even the marked-down standard 2015 360.

Probably not for long, but if you were wondering last month just how much lower the GPS-rocking wearable could go, the answer is $99.99. Free nationwide economy shipping included, with mobilepros1 letting you choose either a white or orange/flame flavor, limited quantity available for both.

The two 45mm Android Wear watches set you back $145 a pop on Amazon nowadays, and a whopping $200 direct from their manufacturer, while the cheapest you can find a black silicone Moto 360 Sport model is $180 at Best Buy and Amazon. Bottom line, this is one sweet pre-Black Friday deal eBay’s got going on.

Hot ongoing ‘Daily Steals’ include $250 HTC One A9, $120 Moto 360 Sport

Still thinking of getting a head start on your holiday gadget shopping, even after Best Buy, Walmart, Target and Staples revealed massive slates of compelling upcoming Black Friday deals on everything from iPhones to iPads, Apple Watches, flagship Android handhelds, tablets, wearables and media streamers?

The all-year discount specialists over at Daily Steals have you covered, bringing among others the HTC One A9 and Moto 360 Sport down to all-time low prices.

HTC recently trimmed its most blatant iPhone copycat to $275 for Team HTC members seeking early access to the Black Friday bargain extravaganza, but you can now save even more at this third-party retailer. Not a lot more, but still.

For the next four days, or until inventory runs out, the AT&T unlocked GSM LTE HTC One A9 32GB in “opal silver” will set you back just $250, brand-new, with retail packaging.

The outdoor-friendly Moto 360 Sport Android Wear smartwatch in white also drops a few bucks from the last time we saw it discounted, to a very-hard-to-resist $120, standard one-year warranty included. Or you could settle for a first-gen refurbished Moto 360 in dark black leather, light stone leather or stainless steel at $69.99 a pop. Decisions, decisions.

$400 Moto X Pure Edition 64GB yet again sold with free Moto 360 Sport

Last year’s Moto 360 discounted across the board at Verizon

Despite what you may hear and think of Motorola’s warranty service, we think that the Moto 360 2nd Gen. smartwatches are more than decent choices for your Android Wear wants and needs. And while the Moto 360 Sport isn’t necessarily our first choice for a fitness tracker, — possibly why

Moto 360 Sport already running out of steam? Google Store shuts down sales

For Android devices, it’s almost a badge of honor getting listed for sale in the Google Store. It’s not like Google sells just any hardware, so you’ve got to be something special to make it into this exclusive club. Beyond Google’s own Nexus lineup, that includes some third-party Android TV boxes, but maybe the easiest way to get your hardware in the Google Store is to launch an Android Wear smartwatch. Today we’ve got big questions about the fate of one of those wearables, as Google appears to have shut down sales of the Moto 360 Sport. As you may recall, the ...

Moto 360 Sport discounted to $200 stateside, headed for India this week

The fitness-oriented derivation of the second-gen Moto 360 faced an unexpected uphill battle reaching its prospective buyers in both the US and Europe, probably because it’s arguably uglier than standard models for men and women, and it doesn’t offer many redeeming qualities. But that was back ...
