One of the oft-cited problems with Microsoft’s Surface tablets is that for a tablet experience that seems so linked to the presence of a keyboard – indeed, Microsoft’s Touch and Type Cover designs were some of our favorite parts of the Surface launch – the keyboard isn’t provided as part of the base Surface package.
