We’re just days away from the start of Microsoft’s Build conference, when we expect the company to make a major announcement concerning the introduction of Windows Phone 8.1. We may or may not hear about new 8.1-running phones (though that’s definitely where we’re leaning for that Nokia event on Wednesday), but the platform itself should very much be on the agenda.
