Are we ever going to see Samsung’s first commercial Tizen-running smartphone, the Samsung Z, go up for sale? After its early June launch, Samsung said the Z would make its retail debut in Russia sometime in Q3. But then a few weeks back we heard reports from a Moscow developer’s event that Samsung was pulling its Russian launch announcement, and would instead introduce the phone “later,” when a better selection of Tizen apps was available.
