4GB of RAM could power the Galaxy S 5, as Samsung develops 8Gb memory chips

Since 64-bit mobile computing is the new thing, thanks to Apple, Samsung is preparing to unveil some of its new processors at CES, hopefully new octa-core and 64-bit chips. Qualcomm already announced its own 64-bit SoC, but apparently Samsung is ready to take this even further with its new memory for mobile.
