Nokia’s services have proven to be one of the biggest ways for the company to differentiate the Lumia brand from competitors. As a result we’ve seen a ton of “HERE” services, like HERE Maps, that were initially available only to Nokia devices, but that were later ported across the platform. One of the services that wasn’t available available for free was HERE Drive+, though that is about to change with the announcement of Windows Phone 8.1 Microsoft has just announced that both HERE Drive+ and also HERE Transit will go free for all Windows Phone 8.1 devices. ...
