International roaming rates go down in Europe starting July 1, 2014

If you are based in Europe, chances are that you often find yourself in another country, while your phone picks up a foreign carrier’s signal, and roams. While international roaming costs are still high enough, the European Commission is trying to further lower rates, until, eventually, these will be completely cleared.Starting July 1, European international roaming costs will drop more than 50% from last summer.
