Of all the smartphone form factors, no doubt one of the very rarest is the flip-phone. Though ubiquitous during the dumbphone days of yore, the touchscreen ultimately proved to be its downfall – if you don’t need a numerical keyboard anymore, a hinged, folding design almost feels like it’s just wasting space. Still, there’s continued to be the odd Android folder every now and then – just last fall we heard of a new one from Samsung (above). The manufacturer may have another stab at this design ...
