U.S. HTC One M8 Receiving Android 6.0 Marshmallow

We told you yesterday that the European version of the HTC One M8 is going to be getting Android 6.0 Marshmallow in the coming weeks, although there was no word on the U.S. variant of the 2014 flagship. However, it seems as though HTC has been working quietly as the U.S. variant is apparently getting Marshmallow right now, according to some screenshots posted by users.

Xiaomi Co-founder Posts Image of Redmi Note 2 Pro

We know that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Pro is close to being launched, with next Tuesday the most likely to be the day in which the device is unveiled. The handset has already passed through TENAA as well as having its specs leaked numerous times over the last few weeks. Now Xiaomi's co-founder has put the launch of the Redmi Note 2 Pro beyond any reasonable doubt.

Gionee's S6 mid-range smartphone is going to be launching this month, but the company has another mid-ranger on the horizon, the GN8001. This handset will be a full on phablet with a massive 6-inch screen and it is also likely to be rolled out this month as it has recently passed through Chinese regulatory body TENAA.

LG Class Clears FCC on Way to AT&T

We told you on the weekend how the LG Class is arriving in Europe and the LG Zero and that the handset is likely to make its debut in the United States on AT&T. It seems as though our crystal ball was in full working order as the LG Class has now passed through the FCC in the U.S. and is bound for the nation's second largest carrier, AT&T.

We told you about the Vivo X6 last week, a blazing flagship smartphone that will come with unique hardware, such as 1GB of dedicated graphic RAM.
