The CyanogenMod team has been busy getting the Nexus 5 running CyanogenMod 11. A few days ago the first milestone along the path to a stable CyanogenMod 11 was released for the Nexus 5 and a few other devices. Is Google preparing Android 4.4.1 KitKat?

We know that, thankfully, Google is doing a good job at continuously improving Android. The company announced the Nexus 5 together with the latest version of Android, dubbed KitKat and with version number 4.4, on October 31.
