2013′s been a year of upsets for some major industry players. BlackBerry failed to see its latest platform take off, and now it looks like the company is going to be sold. HTC didn’t get quite the boost from the One it was hoping for, and may be facing quarterly losses. We just heard about Samsung’s plans to refresh its still-new Exynos 5 Octa chip, but it’s far from the only company looking to the future of its SoCs.
