The Nokia-Microsoft deal will get unconditional approval from the EU, says report

Despite Nokia shareholders voting almost unanimously in favor of the Microsoft acquisition, the deal, which is planned to be finalized in the first quarter of 2014, still has a couple of hurdles ahead, like regulatory approvals, in order to happen.
