Microsoft’s (timid) push to consolidate Windows as the world’s third largest mobile platform continues, with a decent amount of contemporary choices available both stateside and on the old continent for power users and extremely cash-strapped smartphone buyers.The Acer Liquid M330, first unveiled way back at IFA last fall, has just become the cheapest unlocked model sold through Redmond’s US e-store with Windows 10 Mobile pre-loaded.
